There we go again!

Be ready to listen the sounds of a bassoon, played by Linton Wesley Stephens, and capture the music.

Linton studied at the Northern Royal College of Music and he’s offered to play and pose for us. He’ll come with two costumes, one for the first part of the session and other for the last part after the break.

This live concert and drawing session is for the same price £10/£8 including materials, wine and tapas.

Do you want to be part of this free live drawing project?

In an age of digital, we at SFTOC want to document this year’s festival in a different manner, through drawings of the live performers, audience and atmosphere.

Sounds From The Other City 2016 is Salford’s celebration of new music, performance and art happening around Chapel Street, near Manchester city centre, on the bank holiday 1st of May.

Everybody is welcome to apply to get involved no matter what ability though, because of the nature of the event, places are limited

At the end of the festival all drawings will be collected and displayed in a post-festival exhibition at Islington Mill.

This is an opportunity for those who love drawing and music and, for you to know, some in the line up are the Ex-Easter Island Head & BBC Philharmonic, Meilyr Jones, PumaRosa, and many many more.

To apply contact Àgata Alcañiz via email contact@agatalcaniz.net
